These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, user, player and advertiser of TRXad.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

“TRXad” is a site on the Internet that provides Users with the opportunity to place orders for work and/or accept said orders for execution on terms determined by agreement between the Customer and the Contractor, on the terms of this user agreement.
“Tron” is a payment system that uses the unit of account of the same name and the data transfer protocol of the same name.
“Account” is an identification record assigned to each user, containing information about the User, payment details, statistics, balance of funds and other data.
“User” is a person who accepted this public offer by registering on the TRXad Website.
“Advertiser” (“Customer”) – a User placing an order using the TRXad Site.
“Contractor” is a User who completes an order or part of it placed by the Advertiser on the Site.
“Referral” - a User invited by another User to the Site using a unique referral link.
“Referrer” - a User who invited other Users to the Site using a unique referral link.
“Authorization” - gaining access to your account by entering identification data on the site “TRXad.top”.
“Ban” - blocking of the User’s account, excluding the possibility of authentication and authorization and any actions of the User through his account.

2. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

By registering on this site, you accept the terms of this license agreement.
The TRXad service does not guarantee anything and is not responsible for possible (real or imaginary) losses associated with the use of this site.
Advertising links to any site, product, service, any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Site do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of these products or services by the Administration.

3. FINANCIAL RELATIONS

The site contains 2 internal accounts of the User, “advertising balance” and “balance”. All rewards of the Contractor for completing tasks and other actions are credited to the balance, funds from which the User can withdraw to their wallets in the payment systems presented on the site. The advertising balance is used to order services; funds cannot be withdrawn from it.
The advertising balance is replenished automatically using the appropriate payment system tools (Blockchain API). As soon as the Project receives a payment notification from the payment system, the advertising balance is instantly replenished.
Withdrawals from the main balance can be made either automatically (instantly) or with verification (up to 3 business days). The user can withdraw any amount of funds available on the main balance, the minimum amount for withdrawal is 10 TRX to a Tron wallet.
The project is not a representative of either the Advertisers who publish their orders on the Site, or the Contractors who fulfill these orders (in whole or in part), and therefore cannot be responsible for any financial obligations arising between the two. Any agreements between Advertisers and Performers using the Site are bilateral, and the Project has no relation to them.
The User is solely responsible for paying any taxes, fees, mandatory payments that may arise and be applicable in connection with receiving any payments from the Project, in accordance with the laws of the country of which he is a resident.

4. CONTROL

Advertising with acceptable but potentially objectionable content can be marked accordingly, dangerous or illegal advertising can be blocked.
At any time, any advertising can be blocked. Unspent campaign funds may be refunded, but are not guaranteed.
If the rules are not followed, any user may be blocked without explanation and without the possibility of a refund.

5. COMMISSION

TRXad receives a commission of 0.005 TRX from the difference between the amount paid by advertisers and received by Users. Users do not pay a fee when withdrawing funds from the site, with the exception of blockchain fees to facilitate the transaction.

6. ACCOUNT

To register on the site you must be at least 18 years old.
When registering, you must provide a valid TRON wallet address.
One User cannot create more than one account on the same or different computers/IPs (including logging into different accounts from the same device).
Failure to comply with these rules will result in blocking of all accounts without the possibility of a refund .
The administration is not obliged to provide evidence of the reasons for fining, blocking or deleting an account.
The user cannot register using his own referral link.
Advertising of third-party resources and placement of referral links is prohibited in the chat.
Insulting the administration in the site's technical support or chat leads to account blocking.
It is prohibited to place a referral link in invisible frames, etc., the window with the TRXad website must be visible.
If you violate this rule, the referral program will be blocked for you.

7. PROXY/VPN

It is prohibited to use public or private proxies/VPN to view advertisements.
Users using VPN/Proxy or other methods of IP spoofing will receive a ban without the possibility of a refund.

8. PAYMENTS

All payments are non-refundable.

9. AUTOMATION

It is not permitted to use any programs or services that automate the process of viewing advertisements (autoclickers/autosurfers/automatic page updates/automatic captcha solving, etc.).
Users using scripts or programs are banned without the possibility of a refund.

10. CHANGES

This document (as well as any other documents on this site) is subject to change at any time without notice.
